I believe with hard work a positive mindset and perseverance you can achieve any goals. Having a boxing background, I motivate from a mental aspect to deliver results.
With over 6 years experience as a personal trainer and class instructor one of many things I’ve learnt is that we are all individuals with different goals and are motivated differently, so I push according to your current stage of fitness level.
Overcoming a torn quad muscle which made me unable to walk for over half a year has taught me to never give up and with patience and continuous effort anything is possible. This is the mindset I apply to all who I teach in order to get the best out of them.
