I’ve worked in the fitness industry as a qualified trainer for 7 years and have been a qualified sport masseuse for 12 years. During this time I’ve enjoyed helping people become stronger, leaner, healthier and more confident.

As a trainer I specialise in fat loss, HIIT, strength training and posture correction. Alongside personal training I use sports massage therapy to help people gain flexibility and release muscle tightness that accumulates during training or stressful lifestyles.
