Who is your hero/who do you look up to?
Who do I look up to? Easy! My dad for sure – he spent 20 years in the army and brought me up in a way I could never be thankful enough for.
Fitness related- Ashley Horner, an Oklahoma woman who runs for Haiti Foundations and runs AmericanSledDogs businesses.
Where in the world would you most like to visit?
I absolutely love travelling. And there are too many places on my list I still would love to travel to. Definitely America – from New York to Miami, California and more. Mexico, Brazil and some paradise in Bora Bora or the Maldives!
What’s your favourite film and song?
Favourite film – most recent “Deep Water Horizon” and “Wind River”. Song- “Killer” by Nipsey Hussle.
If you could have any job in the world, which one would you choose?
Doing what I do best – Personal Training, teaching sessions and motivating people to be the best version of themselves, inside and outside the gym.
What’s the best piece of advice anybody has given you?
“It’s not about what you take but what you give.”
If you were stranded on a desert island and you could choose three things to have, what would they be?
A barbell with weights. Music. Sun cream.
You’re hosting a dinner party and can invite any three people (dead or alive) who would you invite and why?
My parents and the boyfriend! Closest people in life matter most!
What one item would you want to save if your house was on fire?
A good pair of kicks!
If you could only eat one meal for the rest of your life, what would it be?
For you, what’s the best thing about training at Speedflex?
It’s such a high intensity session. You’re so busy performing all the different exercises there is no time to look at the clock. 45 minutes is over before you know it. It’s super motivating and a great competitive training environment which makes you push yourself.
